Position Summary: The Interim Housing Case Manager is responsible for providing housing-focused case management and on-site support to participants in both site-based and motel-based interim housing programs. This role ensures participants are actively engaged in services that support movement toward permanent housing while maintaining a safe, structured, and responsive program environment.

Status: Full-Time

Position Summary: The Case Manager provides housing-focused case management and stabilization services to individuals and families enrolled in permanent housing programs. This role supports participants at varying stages of housing stability, including individuals and families actively seeking housing as well as participants who are newly housed and requiring ongoing stabilization support.

Location: Lancaster, CA

Status: Full-Time

Position Summary: The CalWORKs Clinical Therapist provides trauma-informed, mental health services to adult survivors
who have been impacted by domestic violence. Services include comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual and group psychotherapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma when clinically appropriate, crisis intervention, safety planning, psychoeducation, and case coordination to support emotional wellness, safety, and self-sufficiency.

Position Summary: The Engagement Specialist is responsible for providing front-end engagement, assessment, system navigation, and resource coordination services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. This role supports participants accessing services through the Resource & Outreach services and other front-door service pathways.

Position Summary: The Outreach Advocate provides culturally responsive advocacy, outreach, education, crisis intervention, and case management services to survivors of domestic violence, with a focus on increasing access to services for underserved and historically marginalized communities. This position serves both shelter residents and community-based participants by providing advocacy, safety planning, education, community engagement, and resource coordination while promoting equitable access to supportive services.

Position Summary: The Senior Interim Housing Specialist supports the daily operations of interim housing programs by promoting staff coordination, workflow consistency, participant safety, and operational continuity. This role serves as a senior team member who provides operational guidance and day-to-day support to staff while maintaining clear boundaries between support and supervision.

Position Summary: The Senior Childcare Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing developmentally appropriate childcare services for children residing in the emergency shelter. This position promotes children’s physical, emotional, social, and educational well-being while supporting positive parent-child relationships. The Senior Childcare Specialist collaborates with shelter staff to ensure children receive quality services in a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment.
