LANCASTER — Joel Tedholm, 64, experienced homeless off and on for a total of 15 years.
“I just got priced out and I couldn’t do it,” Tedholm said.
He lived in a tent in the desert sometimes. His most recent experience with homelessness lasted one year before he settled into Kensington Campus last November.
